What's Required to Qualify?



  • Must be committed to providing quality home care services by listening to and incorporating client feedback

  • Must maintain an average client overall satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher (based on a scale of 1-10)

  • Must perform a minimum of 12 third-party client surveys over a period of six consecutive months
